Treasurer’s Duties

TREASURER FUNCTIONS FOR CAMINO WOODS II

  1. Approve payment of invoices.
  2. Record invoices on spreadsheets.
  3. Submit and track all check requests.
  4. Record all debit card transactions and inform the bookkeeper.
  5. Save all receipts.
  6. Review monthly reports.
  7. Address all arrears greater than 60 days.
  8. Report to board monthly.
  9. Create annual budget for approval by the board September/October.
  10. Provide budget to bookkeeper in December.
  11. Contract CPA to do annual taxes.
