Trees
The palm and shade trees will be trimmed in accordance with the code specified by Palm Beach County, on a schedule determined by the Board of Directors.
Homeowners wishing to plant a tree on their lot must submit their plan to the Architectural Committee prior to purchasing the tree. Following the hurricanes of 2004 many articles have been written recommending that only trees that are native to Florida should be planted in Boca Raton neighborhoods. Please go to the Architectural Committee page for more information.
